Our story
LNS was born out of a problem we kept seeing inside Yeilp Inc. Clients regularly asked us to recommend "someone good to hire" for marketing roles in Pakistan, and we struggled to point to a single training institute whose graduates were ready to do the work.
Bootcamps were teaching fundamentals from 2019. YouTube gurus were promising "ten lakhs a month" with screenshots that didn't add up. Even the better academies were structured around delivering courses, not around producing employable graduates.
So we built our own. Same way the best chefs open restaurants, not because the market lacked food, but because the existing food wasn't right.
What makes us different
Three structural things, not slogans:
One: we're an agency that opened an institute, not the other way round. The curriculum is written from live campaign work, not from textbooks. The consultants who teach are the same people who deliver client work at Yeilp Inc.
Two: training ends in real work. Career Fellowship students intern at Yeilp Inc. for 2–4 months on actual client projects. They leave with case studies, not just slides.
Three: the top performers get hired. The top 3 Career Fellowship graduates from each cohort get paid junior roles at Yeilp Inc. No competitor can copy it because they don't own an agency.
Where we're going
Batch 01 begins this year as a Founding Batch: small, hand-selected, and priced at founding rates that won't return. The plan is simple. Prove the model with real student outcomes, then grow on the strength of those results.
LNS Institute is legally owned by Yeilp Inc. A working growth agency stands behind the training, the internships, and the people who teach. That is the part most institutes can't offer.
