How scholarships work
In every batch, LNS Institute awards two merit scholarships, one for the Professional Diploma and one for the Career Fellowship. Each scholarship covers the full program fee.
Who can apply
Anyone who applies to LNS through the regular application process is automatically considered, if they complete the scholarship section of the application. There's no separate form.
How candidates are evaluated
- The written submission, a 500-word essay (in English or Urdu) on what you'd do with the skills, why you can't pay full fees, and what you'd contribute to the cohort.
- Effort signals, what you've already built, learned, or attempted on your own. We value evidence of doing over evidence of credentials.
- The interview, shortlisted candidates get a 30-min interview with the CEO.
What we explicitly don't consider
- Family connections or referrals from existing students
- Academic grades alone, strong students with weak motivation lose to weaker students with strong motivation
- Anyone who has already applied for multiple scholarships from us in the past 12 months
What the scholarship covers
- Full program tuition
- Same community, faculty, internship and outcomes track as a paying student
- The same certificate / diploma / letters, no "scholarship student" marking
What it asks of you
- Attendance > 90% for the program duration
- All assessments submitted on time
- Willingness to share your story publicly at graduation, so future scholarship students see it's real
Apply normally, pick the scholarship option in the application form and include your written submission in the "why this program" field.
