Policies
Policies, in plain English.
Refund, transfer, attendance, conduct, the rules. Read them. We hold ourselves to them and ask you to do the same.
Refund policy
- Full refund, before orientation day.
- 75% refund, within the first week of the program.
- 50% refund, within the first two weeks (only for programs of 3+ months).
- No refund, after week 2.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment account.
Transfer policy
If you can't continue with your current batch for documented personal reasons (illness, family emergency, work relocation), you can transfer to the next available batch of the same program at no additional cost, once per program. Transfer requests after the program midpoint require CEO approval.
Attendance & assessment
- Attendance is tracked. Below 70% in a phase requires a make-up plan.
- Recordings are available for missed sessions, but the program is designed to be attended live.
- All assessments must be submitted by their deadline to qualify for certification.
- The repeat guarantee (see The LNS Standard) requires >80% attendance and every assessment submitted in good faith.
Code of conduct
Everyone in LNS, students, faculty, staff, operates under the same code:
- Treat fellow students, faculty and clients with respect. Disagreement is fine; disrespect isn't.
- Don't share course materials, recordings, or templates outside your batch. They're licensed to you, not transferable.
- Don't misrepresent yourself in client work during the internship. You're a Yeilp intern under supervision, not an independent consultant.
- Don't fabricate work, plagiarise, or use AI to misrepresent your skill in assessments. AI use is encouraged for production work, but assessments must include your reasoning.
Material breach of conduct results in program termination without refund. We've never had to do it. Don't be the first.
Privacy
What we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it, see the privacy policy.
Disputes
Any dispute is escalated first to the admissions team, then to the CEO. If still unresolved, you can write to standard@lnsinstitute.com for direct escalation. Final formal recourse is under the jurisdiction of Islamabad civil courts, but we've never needed that and intend to keep it that way.
