Code of Conduct

Code of conduct.

Everyone in LNS, students, faculty, staff, operates under the same code.

The code

  1. Respect, treat fellow students, faculty, staff and clients with respect. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect isn't.
  2. Honest work, assessments are your work, with your reasoning. AI use is welcome and encouraged in production work; in assessments it must be transparent.
  3. Material licensing, course materials, recordings, templates and slides are licensed to you for personal use. Don't share, sell, redistribute or upload them anywhere.
  4. Client work, Career Fellowship interns are Yeilp Inc. interns under supervision. Don't represent yourself as an independent consultant to Yeilp clients during the internship.
  5. Confidentiality, what's said in cohort group chats stays in the cohort. Client details from the internship are confidential.
  6. No discrimination, based on religion, ethnicity, gender, language, ability, or any protected characteristic. Zero tolerance.
  7. No harassment, including unwanted contact, inappropriate language, retaliation against complaint, or any form of intimidation. Zero tolerance.

Reporting

Conduct concerns go to conduct@lnsinstitute.com. Direct CEO escalation: standard@lnsinstitute.com.

Consequences
